  Awful customer service. Avoid this store. They don't carry what you need and had to go to another store. Tried to buy an advertised item with coupon that looked exactly like the product in the picture and they refused the coupon. Cashier mistakenly voided my $200+ purchase and then made me wait while she checked out the person in line behind me before re-ringing up all my purchases. Sour attitude from two cashiers even when I spend $200+ there.

  SHOUT OUT TO MARIA WHO DEMONSTRATED GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGE OF PRODUCTS! YOU SHOULD BE PROMOTED TO STORE MANAGER. Not only did she redeem my opinion of this store, Maria was able to answer questions about some products that other store personnel could not. Simple questions like where is product, the accessories, how do these work with the product. If you need help, ask for her. Old time hardware store loaded with stuff from hummingbird perches to benjamin moore. Great place to find things not available in the big box stores like the good metal polishes, etc. Also has equipment rental.
