  Wonderful buying experience; excellent A++ associates and customer service. I made a short visit during my lunch break to browse the store for nothing specific in mind to buy as a gift for my wife. Beth greeted me, asked me questions to figure out what it was I may be searching for - as we narrowed it down to a Breville smart countertop oven, Beth went above and beyond to show me her in-store display, as well as compare the other like models. Beth searched online and told me how the process would work if I wanted the one that wasn't in the store that day, she also opened up a box to show me the size of the mini. When I left to go back to work, she assured me that anybody in the store will help when I come back and if I need to buy online then do it through them so the store gets credit [as it should of course] 430pm I come back and meet Sherry, her welcoming greeting and reassurance that i definitely was working with the right person once again.. she understood what i wanted, called two stores, and just as she verified one store, Sarah says, hey.. we just got one of those back in the store! They saved me a trip to the city, they reassured me that the product was never used even though it was a return and to top it all off they offered to wrap it up for me, together they wrapped this big box and sent me off on my way with a huge smile, feeling like a hero for the wrapped gift for the wifey.
